So does he chase the deer when he gets the chance? We had bunch of deer in are field so I took pictures and sent them to my dad and has three in the yard next to house! Barn is looking good!

I can try to figure it up. The floor was the most expensive part at 8 grand. Everything is adding up, especially if man hours are calculated into the equation.

Ok thanks! Back in 1998 just my parents basement only was 15 grand it's expensive! Couldn't imagine what it would cost today!

actually it was only 5K for the concrete. roughly right now there is around 30K in material.
