i've seen that before and when it comes to car engines i know a few tuners that swear by that method and they have always had success.

i built my buddies WRX engine in 2009 and we broke it in "hard" like this and it runs excellent and all 4 cyls are within 1psi of eachother.

YRMV, though

idk man, neevr heard of that, it does say 4 stroke engines not 2 stroke
