Thank you. BS is like a fire. The longer you wait to put it out, the harder it is. Don't need any negative stuff this early in the game.

| I don't like the "do it yourself." I prefer someone else to fix my stuff. Where is the button for that? |

| i think you should make one marketplace section and have it broken up into for sale and wanted and reviews, then have the first 2 broken up into 2-stroke, 4-stroke and trucks and also a general one for none off road stuff.
and then one general event thing, like have trails and reviews and up coming events/group rides. |

| First of all, thanks for soliciting members' opinions on this. As others have mentioned, there are plenty of members who go out of their way here to take things over the top, over and over and over. To describe this further, think about the diference between nudity and porn. There's a line, even though you can't define it with words, there's a line and you know with great certainty when it's been crossed. That line exists for foul language and pointless childish discussion too...and it gets crossed here with ridiculous regularity.
Someone says "Hey bring that bitch down to the beach, if you ever get it runnning, so I can whoop ya". This is fine. It's very appropriate forum language. So let me be very clear, I'm not at all suggesting a ban on foul language. I'm suggesting a higher expectation of every member, to know the differnece between what is OK and what is not.
People come here for two primary reasons, information and camaraderie. Very few will stay long enough to build any bonds with anyone because they will either be chased away with offensiveness or they will leave disappointed in not finding helpful information RELATED TO RIDING.
I grew up in Michigan so I am very aware of how accepted it is there to be racist and homophobic. If you want this site to grow, the membership will have to understand that in much of the rest of the world, it's not cool or funny at all. I can tell you, as west coast resident, that kind of talk will chase away 9 out of 10 west coast riders, and probably many others.
