i say the cr500 just because of the power,

but i rode a buddy's yz250f and it had some great power, i thought it was a 450 to be honest, but his had some work done to it.

here is a CR500AF

there was also the rm500 (wasn't as good as the cr or kx)




and the kx500, this is the KX500AF




and finally the yz500

The Yamaha YZ400 set the way for the new age four strokes. That has to be a monumental bike.


Don't forget about the ATK bikes. Who wouldn't want a 700cc single cylinder two stroke?
